PRICING

1.1 All prices are exclusive of GST.
1.2 All prices are inclusive of excise duty.
1.3 Prices are subject to change without notice.

DELIVERY

2.1 No liability accepted for shortages or breakages unless notified
within 24 hours of delivery.
2.2 Goods to be signed for as proof of delivery by the customer.
2.3 The company will provide a packing slip/invoice with the goods on
delivery or electronically on request.

PAYMENT

Is due on the 20th of the month following supply.

PAYMENT & OWNERSHIP

3.1 The goods supplied by H.L.Milne Ltd remain in the ownership of the company until the invoice of the goods has been paid for.
3.2 Visa / Mastercard payment available with an additional 2.1% fee and Amex with a
3.1% fee. Accounts 60 days overdue incur an additional 20% recovery fee.
3.3 Late payment charges apply.

CUSTOMER

5.1 The ‘Customer’ includes any person receiving the goods on behalf of whom the goods are invoiced to.

We will meet this delivery time as best we can however should stock be
unavailable we will notify you immediately.
